Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.  Please note that shipping timing applies to from the time the order is processed and is not a guarantee as to the date of delivery.   Factors may affect delivery timing inluding but not limited to weather, labor disputes, pandemics, gas shortage and other factors affecting travel.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  Shipping rates on our site only show costs of shipping and do not include additional charges that may be incurred in taxes and tariffs assigned by customs in countries outside of the United States. 

Customs and taxes

We are a United States based company and thus are unable to keep abreast of the rules and regulations of taxes and customs in other countries, thus it is your responsibility to know the rules that pertain to your country.  Thus when ordering from us you will be responsible to pay any appropriate fees associated with taxes and customs.  We are unable to refund these costs if you decide not to accept the product, if you return the product or if you accept the product.   By purchasing from our store you are taking on all the responsibilities of your own country. 

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
